We’re committed to delivering your handcrafted furniture safely and on time. This policy explains our processing and shipping procedures so you know what to expect when ordering from us.

1. Processing Time

  • Order confirmation: Orders are processed only after payment is received and verified.

  • Standard orders: Dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Custom or made‑to‑order items: Require additional craftsmanship; please allow 5–7 business days for production before dispatch.

  • Non‑working days: Processing times exclude Sundays and public holidays.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Domestic (India): Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and the courier’s schedule.

  • Total time from purchase to delivery: 9–20 business days (processing + transit).

  • Cash‑on‑Delivery (COD) orders may take slightly longer to process and deliver due to additional verification steps.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions and destination.

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹5 000 anywhere in India.

  • For orders below this threshold, shipping fees are clearly itemised before you complete your purchase.

4. Shipping Partners

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your furniture arrives safely:

  • Delhivery – for most pin codes across India.

  • DTDC – for select pin codes or where specialized handling is needed.

You will not be able to choose a specific courier at checkout; we select the best option based on your delivery address.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, we will send a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your shipment on the courier’s website or through the link provided in your email.

  • If you have any issues with tracking, please contact us and we will assist.

6. Delays & Exceptions

We strive to meet the delivery timelines above but delays can occur due to:

  • Customized or large orders requiring extra production time.

  • Courier delays, strikes or unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters).

  • Public holidays or regional lockdowns.

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.

We will notify you promptly of any known delays via email or WhatsApp.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe:

  1. Contact us at care@amodha.shop or WhatsApp +91 93890 61518 within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item or expected delivery date.

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the packaging/product (if applicable).

  3. We will coordinate with the courier to investigate and either send a replacement or issue store credit as appropriate. See our Return & Replacement Policy for details on eligibility.

8. International Shipping

We currently ship only within India. We are working on expanding to international locations; please check our website or follow us on social media for updates.
