Welcome to amodha.shop. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of our handcrafted furniture. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our associated policies. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Us

AMODHA Designs LLP (“AMODHA” or “we/us/our”) is a limited liability partnership registered in India. We have been designing and producing custom and ready‑made wooden furniture since 2019 and transitioned to an LLP structure in 2025 to support nationwide shipping and build customer trust. Our workshop and principal place of business is at Khasra No. 162, Ekta Vihar Colony, Shahbudinpur, Roorkee Road, Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh – 251001, India.

2. Eligibility

To use our website or purchase our products, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or use the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian; and

  • Provide accurate and complete information during checkout.

3. Product Information

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. However:

  • Due to natural variations in wood and handmade processes, actual colours, grain patterns and dimensions may vary slightly from those shown online.

  • Product availability and pricing may change without notice.

  • If a product is mispriced or unavailable after you place an order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you.

4. Orders & Payments

When you place an order:

  • You agree that the information provided is accurate and complete.

  • You commit to pay the total amount displayed at checkout.

  • We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and select mobile wallets; all transactions are processed through secure gateways.

  • We reserve the right to verify payments and refuse or cancel orders due to suspected fraud, stock issues or misuse.

5. Shipping

  • –Orders are generally dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation; custom orders may take 5–7 business days for production.

  • Delivery within India typically takes 7–15 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and the courier.

  • In total, you should expect your order to arrive within 9–20 business days from the date of purchase.

  • We currently ship only within India. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns & Replacements

  • We offer replacements for damaged, defective or incorrect products reported within 3 days of delivery; we do not provide refunds.

  • Replacement eligibility and procedures are detailed in our Return & Replacement Policy.

  • If a replacement is not feasible, we may offer store credit or a refund at our discretion.

7. Use of Content

All content on amodha.shop—text, logos, images, designs and graphics—is the property of AMODHA Designs LLP. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMODHA Designs LLP’s liability for any claim related to your purchase or use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website, delays in shipping, or product misuse.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts;

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website, servers or networks;

  • Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other user accounts.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh.
